XonBuzz+ Test Group Opt-In Agreement

By opting into the XonBuzz+ Test Group, you agree to the following exclusive terms:

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Availability: This test group is strictly limited to the first 50 current members of the XonBuzz RevShare program who opt in. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cost: Membership to XonBuzz+ (regularly valued at $5/month) will be provided to you at no cost.

2. Membership Term & Commitment

  • Retention Clause: Your free XonBuzz+ membership will remain active only as long as you maintain your status as an active member of the RevShare program or any other official XonBuzz program.
  • Termination: Should your active status in all XonBuzz programs change, your XonBuzz+ test group membership will end immediately at no cost.
  • Active Status: To maintain your free XonBuzz+ membership, you must continuously meet the eligibility requirements of your chosen active XonBuzz program and remain in good standing with the XonBuzz Terms of Service. Furthermore, you must meet the Test Group Participation Requirements outlined below.

3. Test Group Administration

  • Administrative Discretion: The terms, perks, and continuation of the XonBuzz+ Test Group are subject to the final and absolute discretion of the XonBuzz team. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Test Group or any individual membership at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
  • Mandatory Participation: You agree to actively participate in the program and submit feedback by engaging with all required feedback opportunities (surveys, polls, or requested testing) made available to the Test Group by the XonBuzz team. You must proactively check for and complete these opportunities at a minimum of once every 14 days. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the XonBuzz team immediately terminating the free membership.
  • Testing Phase Duration: The mandatory testing phase will run for a period of 12 months from the date of your enrollment. After this period, the mandatory feedback requirement ceases, and your free XonBuzz+ membership becomes a permanent perk, subject only to the Retention Clause above.
